It’s pi day and I’m celebrating with a delicious blueberry pie smoothie! It’s a quick and healthy substitute to everything you love about blueberry pie: the sweet blueberries, the crunchy topping, the somewhat mandatory whipped cream on top – the gang’s all here!
If you’re looking for a dorm friendly blender to make your smoothies, I recommend the Magic Bullet Blender. I’ve received a few questions about what I use – and this is the one! It creates delicious single serve smoothies in no time it all, it’s easy to clean, and it just whipped up the most delicious blueberry pie smoothie – it can pretty much do anything. - 1 c frozen blueberries
- ½ c greek yogurt
- ¼ c almond milk
- 1 T honey
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- graham cracker crumbs (optional)
- whipped cream (optional)
- Combine all the ingredients together in a blender.
- Cover, and blend until smooth.
- Top with graham cracker crumbs and whipped cream. Enjoy!
